Privacy Policy
Olina Creative respects and takes seriously your privacy and personal information, and is committed to transparency in communication.
We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients, and marketing. We may also use your personal information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
Any information you share with us (such as but not limited to your name, contact number, email address, website link/s, social media link/s, details about your business, usernames, passwords, CVs, portfolios, references, interview/discovery call notes, outcomes, and/or any other information you share via correspondence or in discussion with us) may be used by us, our team, subcontractors, third party companies and freelancers, who may require such information, in order to complete the works for which you engage us for.
We don’t share your information with other unrelated companies for purposes outside of the work you have engaged us for, unless you have requested we can do so, or unless it is required by our accountants or lawyers for purposes relating to our company, or unless it is required by law.
We may mention your business name, the work we have provided for you, and examples of the work itself on our own website and social media platforms. Should you wish for your business name and works we provide you to not end up on our website or social media, just let us know in writing and we will happily refrain from doing so. We are also happy to remove your business name and works we provide you from our website and social media should you no longer wish them to appear there.
Naturally, we store some of the above information you share with us, plus additional information such as but not limited to communications, contact numbers, emails sent and received, digital copies of works we have completed for you, notes, passwords & usernames, and any necessary documentation such as guidelines, invoices and receipts that are relevant throughout the working relationship.
Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse. We, however, take no responsibility if any of your personal information is attained through hacking by online criminals or through theft. If this was to occur, we would notify you and the authorities as soon as possible.
This Policy may change from time to time and will be available on our website. By using our website or engaging with our services after any changes to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and consent to the updated practices outlined in the revised policy.
